The Monday brief - written, not exported.
A scheduled weekly or monthly brief that reads across every channel you run: organic, paid, and authority. What moved, why, what to do next, what should wait. Same rhythm every week. Signed off by your team before it reaches a client.
What this discipline ships into your sprint.
- Every Monday
Scheduled cross-channel brief drops on the cadence you set - weekly or monthly - against the goals your team agreed on.
- 6 Channels reconciled
GSC, GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Ahrefs read together so the brief tells one story, not six.
- 0 Raw exports
Clients get a narrated brief, not a 6-tab spreadsheet. Approval queue gates every send.
The work, broken into pieces your team can review.
- 01 Scheduled cross-channel brief
A single Monday-morning narrative across every channel you run. The brief opens with what moved and ends with the next sprint, drafted and ready to approve.
- 02 Per-channel reports on demand
Twenty-two ad-hoc reports across GSC and GA4 - traffic, queries, conversions, attribution - available the moment a stakeholder asks the question. The brief uses them as the source of truth.
- 03 Goal-anchored narration
Every brief opens with the question your team cares about and answers it before showing the data that proves the answer. No vamping, no padding.
- 04 Branded, gated delivery
Every brief ships with your logo, contact details, and the white-label your clients expect. Nothing emails out without explicit human sign-off, even on schedule.
Where Reporting + Briefs sits in Marketing AI.
Agencies who hate writing the Monday brief, in-house growth teams who lose half a day a week to reporting, and operators who want narrative on a fixed cadence - not dashboards on demand.
Reporting + Briefs - what people ask first.
How fresh is the data?
GSC data is 2-3 days behind real-time (Google's pipeline limit, not ours). GA4 is near-real-time. The brief respects both lags and dates the cutoff explicitly.
Can I customize the brief template?
Yes. Sections can be added, removed, or rewritten. Branded headers and footers are standard. Cadence and channel selection are set per project.
What if I do not want it sent automatically?
Default behaviour is generate-and-queue, never auto-send. Briefs land in the approval queue on schedule and only ship after a human signs off.
What about Looker Studio?
You can keep Looker Studio for live dashboards. Marketing AI briefs are the narrative your client actually reads.
Trade the stack for Marketing AI.
Marketing AI replaces the SEO suite, the ad-management tool, the content stack, the reporting deck, and the Ahrefs subscription. One queue, one approval, one bill.
