What does deployment actually look like?
Marketing AI ships as containerized services your team deploys into your existing AWS, GCP, Azure, or on-prem environment. Your DevOps owns the orchestration; we hand over the binary, the runbook, and a deployment engineer who walks your team through the first install. Most deployments complete inside two to four weeks once the security review is done.
Where do Claude and OpenAI calls go?
Against your own API keys, under your own enterprise agreements. Marketing AI does not proxy AI calls; the binary running in your environment talks to Anthropic and OpenAI directly using credentials you provide. For HIPAA contexts, that means your existing BAAs with those providers cover the data path. We never see the traffic.
Do you sign DPAs and BAAs?
DPAs yes, on every Enterprise engagement. BAAs are signed where the deployment context requires them; in most HIPAA setups, the operative BAA is between you and your AI provider, not us, because the binary running in your environment is the one talking to the provider.
Can we migrate from a hosted plan to Enterprise?
Yes. Migration of workspace data, brand configurations, and OAuth tokens is included in your engagement. The existing SaaS subscription closes the day Enterprise goes live. We do not double-charge during the migration window.
How does pricing scale beyond the floor?
The annual license scales with brand count, user seats, and data consumption: how many domains under management, how many people in the workspace, and how heavily Marketing AI calls Ahrefs, GSC, GA4, and the AI providers. Pricing is finalized after the scoping call so the number reflects the actual scope.
What if we already have a vendor for SEO or paid?
Marketing AI replaces them or coexists with them, depending on your roadmap. Most Enterprise customers consolidate at least three vendors into Marketing AI; some keep specialist agencies for one channel and run the rest through Marketing AI. We will tell you honestly during scoping which makes sense for your stack.
